My staff often wear clothes, too small, too tight. Although we have a written dress code, "Rachel" has apparently decided to ignore it. Clients and colleagues have commented on her skin and cracking.
I asked Rachel if she would like some assistance to select appropriate clothing office, but she said no. Now, I can not decide whether I should be more specific dress code, cheap prom dresses, she was sent home to change, or just write up. Do you have any suggestions?
Rachel's boss, there is a clear definition of the appropriate office attire and she meets all rights. However, this particular option seems the lack of action that may be taken from the list. Between this "ask her if she is willing to aid" and "she" is a more logical strategy: firmly describe your expectations,Anarkali dress, the most popular on the small screen? then the continuous feedback and follow-up.
For example: "Rachel, we need the right clothes for the office to talk about any equipment, your shoulders and knees, exposing a lot of skin is not acceptable because it does not look professional. Example, you wearing today shirt is too low cut work, but yesterday, the clothes you wear good can be sure that these expectations are clear, let's talk about some other examples. "
