In difficult economic times, students may sometimes have the desire to exercise their high school prom, or even lower expectations of the school supplies they need.
But in Menomonee Falls, Dee Dee Enns volunteer countless hours to ensure that all students - regardless of their economic circumstances - can realize their aspirations.
Burns was awarded the Menomonee Falls School District Education Friends Award Monday in honor of her selfless dedication, the children's area.
